IGNI TECH Ignition Package Update

The following ignition package has been approved as a replacement CDI for Pro-Champ competition for the 2021-2022 season.

IGNI TECH Part number-DC-CDI-P2

This package has all the features needed for competition, has an affordable price, and is programable and tune able from conventional laptops. The unit uses the original flywheel and external trigger assembly, which assists Technical Inspectors in eliminating another component to verify.

Individual builders can create their own wire harness, or contract with
dealers that offer the service.

The unit controls two cylinders independently and has rev limiter settings.

Software to program is free with the unit.

The unit does require a 12-volt power supply, and individuals can wire the stock stator to assist in battery charging if you wish.

Be advised that the Igni Tech part number DC-CDI-P2 “race” version will not be allowed for competition. This version although having more features, goes beyond what is normally found in “stock” ignitions and increases the price of the package.

This unit is already in use with several engine builders involved in Pro Lite, Pro Champ operations and has shown great reliability in the other classes it is allowed to be used in.
